About HICat

This project is a case study of legislative definitions of 'feral cat' in the Hawaiian islands for effective feral cat management. It collected the various definitions used by different organizations to manage feral cat populations in Hawaiʻi and analyzed their efficiency in policy implementations. The project outputs include new legislative definitions that may be implemented in Hawai'i for cat management.
